​PFF offers below-market-rate studios, priced at approximately $2 per square foot, for career artists, curators, and small arts organizations that align with our shared values.

​

Selection of PFF members/tenants is based on the quality of their work, maintaining a balanced diversity among PFF artists, demonstrated community involvement, a clear commitment to PFF’s shared mission, need, and other relevant factors.

 

Membership Benefits*
  • Free or discounted tickets to PFF workshops and events

  • Shared daytime access to FlexSpace (meetings, rehearsals, lunch events)

  • Priority use of public event spaces

  • Kitchen access, WiFi, and utilities

Member Requirements
  • Contribute on-site volunteer time (e.g., administration, maintenance, event support, member coordination, marketing, and grantwriting)

  • Respect fellow members and shared spaces

  • Follow House & Member Rules (provided upon approval)

When PFF has open studio space, we use a standard application process to ensure a fair and transparent selection of new members.
