Rent one of PFF’s below-market-rate studios, available for career artists, curators, and small arts organizations.

PFF is where the contemporary art community can make and exhibit their art, experiment, collaborate, and sustain. Dedicated to cultural equity and sustainable art careers, PFF is more than a studio building – it's a supportive artist community.

Selection of PFF Members/tenants is based on quality of work, diversity, community service, commitment to career, and need, among other criteria. Prices based at approx. $2/square foot. See below for benefits and requirements.

CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES
​
Ground floor studio #104 is currently available for temporary sublease. Rent is $675; sublease from March 15 to December 31, 2025. 310 square feet. No windows, internal HVAC. Includes access to common area kitchen, bathroom, PFF patio, and FlexSpace. Entire ground floor of the sublet studio will be available for use; however, the lofted space will remain storage space while the tenant is away. Studio use will include 3 white IKEA desks and a green couch. Optional: the couch can be removed. Rent will be paid directly to the Subleasing PFF Member.
