PFF is where the contemporary art community can make and exhibit their art, experiment, collaborate, and sustain. Dedicated to cultural equity and sustainable art careers, PFF is more than a studio building – it's a supportive artist community.

Selection of PFF Members/tenants is based on quality of work, diversity, community service, commitment to career, and need, among other criteria. Prices based at approx. $2/square foot. See below for benefits and requirements.

• On-site volunteer time (could include patio and plant maintenance, painting walls, cleaning, website updates, community hosting, event planning, org meetings and leadership, grant writing, etc.)

• Respecting fellow members and shared space

• Following House & Member Rules (to be provided if membership approved)
