Studio 104 - Cindy Shih

Cindy Shih is a visual artist and connector, who moved to San Francisco over ten years ago to meet creative, like-minded people and find a place of her own. Her work comes from a place of empathy. In her work and life, she is always finding new ways to engage, communicate, and create for others in and out of the Art community.

Since 2010, she has taught art at preschools and with local non-profits, established a live-painting collective, and curated local shows. In 2014, she co-founded Art | Song Salon, a community-based event pairing live, classical music with visual art around a specific theme, inviting participants from different walks of life to experience art in a private setting and exchange ideas.

Cindy's work has been shown in numerous juried shows and galleries across the Bay Area. Most recently, at Arc Gallery, Sanchez Art Center, de Young Museum, SoMarts Main Gallery, Seed Gallery, Studio 110 Projects.
